Hola! Welcome to Mexico City Taqueria!

Our food is made the way we cook at home. Everything is fresh, very authentic the way our families used to cook. We grew up watching our mothers cook and many of our recipes come from them. Everything is made from scratch - nothing is prepackaged, frozen, or commercial prepared. All of our food is made with the original ingredients, like our tacos and burritos. Our guacamole, salsa, rice, beans, and fresh chips are also homemade.

Mayra Ramirez and family started in January 2013 as a take-out restaurant with 7 seats. We were very happy to see how people loved our food. In May 2014, we added a seating area with 10 tables. And in 2016 we did our biggest expansion yet. We moved in to a bigger place next door. Now we can seat up to 120+ people with a function area upstairs offering private parties.

The quality of our food has not changed with our growth but our menu has expanded with new items like our Birria Tacos, Mojarras, Nopales, Chile Rellenos, Pozole, Gorditas, and handcrafted Margaritas and Cocktails just to mention some.
